AegeanBAS operates three hi-performance vessels: m/t SYROS, m/t SARA and m/t AEGEAN PRINCESS. These dedicated bunker tankers are equipped with sophisticated in-line blending and control systems to guarantee quality and smooth bunkering on the go.

The on-board blending installation blends any grade of IFO at a rate of max 300 cbm per hour. The installation is fully automatic and equipped with continuous viscosity control. Furthermore, the specific gravity is indicated during delivery. Viscosity and specific gravity are also recorded.

The installation has a flow-proportional drip-sampler, and the blended product is pumped out through a flow meter. MDO/MGO and lubrication oils are also delivered through a flow meter.
